My name's Lauren and I currently live in Yorkshire where I am also from.

I live with my boyfriend and two cats, Beemo & Gizmo. Though I hope there's a dog (or three) in my future!

As most are, I've always loved reading. When I was younger I used to read at any possible moment and sped ahead so quickly at school that I had to start bringing in my own books! Though I didn't mind, it meant I could read Harry Potter at school!

I generally love any and all genres, however, I find myself more and more drawn into fantasy words, especially those that are dark and gothic/horror. YA, middle grade, adult; I can always find enjoyment in a book.

I'm currently a university student studying Computing & IT and I hope to see a future career in web development. That should allow me enough freedom to speed read books to my hearts content, right?
